Katie is the most operational Managing Director you are likely to meet. Having founded KTS in 2005, Katie is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of client service are upheld throughout our business.
She’s also committed to our people, investing in the development and enrichment of the team to maintain the positive agency culture of which we are so proud.
Often found incognito, dressed in on-site uniform and helping out on a registration desk, Katie’s tireless focus has secured KTS’ success and continual growth.
Katie leads by example. She genuinely exemplifies our values.
When it comes to bringing in new and exciting opportunities for us all to work on, and finding inspirational clients to build and develop relationships with, Liz is our guru.
Thorough, dependable and with a tenacious desire to deliver the best events in the industry, Liz doesn’t walk away once she’s secured new business, but instead remains involved in the operational management of this through to its seamless delivery.
Instrumental in the development of the agency’s culture and positioning of the KTS brand, Liz’s passion extends in to all areas of the business.
Susan started her training in accountancy working for a subsidiary of a FTSE 100 company. With a CIMA qualification and 25 years experience working in both manufacturing and service companies, Susan brings a wealth of finance experience. For the past 10 years, she has worked for SMEs, particularly enjoying the diversity of working in this. She is process driven and always keen to find the most efficient working practices.
In her spare time, Susan spends time practicing Ashtanga yoga, horse riding and trying to get to grips with ballroom and Latin dancing.
David leads KTS’ technical and production arm with his trusty 25-year-old toolbox that has seen work on five continents and every conceivable type of live event. A toolbox that dates back to his grass roots in the performing arts and has remained in use across everything from exhibitions and conferences to festivals and stadiums. The one constant that has remained throughout has been the faded sticker on the side with the words – Creative Solutions to Practical Problems.
Aside from his varied event experience David brings with him a unique perspective from working client, agency and supplier side. As such he understands the important relationships between them and how to achieve the best service, value and results for all concerned. It is this inherent understanding, along with his toolbox, that enables him to concentrate on what is really important – designing and creating stunning, bullet-proof production solutions.
When he isn’t keeping abreast of new and exciting live event tech or trying his best to smile for bio photos, David can be found chasing his kids, following his beloved baseball team or more than likely, immersed in a good book.
Lisa’s commitment to delivering excellence and nurturing client relations makes her perfect for the role of Client Services Director. Lisa is dedicated to understanding all elements of her clients’ businesses, proactively seeking out opportunities on their behalf and ensuring we remain at the forefront when prompting new ideas or proposing solutions. Trust is fundamental to any relationship and Lisa ensures that our clients trust us implicitly when representing their brand.
