Katie is the most operational Managing Director you are likely to meet. Having founded KTS in 2005, Katie is passionately committed to ensuring the highest levels of client service are upheld throughout our business.
She’s also committed to our people, investing in the development and enrichment of the team to maintain the positive agency culture of which we are so proud.
Often found incognito, dressed in on-site uniform and helping out on a registration desk, Katie’s tireless focus has secured KTS’ success and continual growth.

When it comes to bringing in new and exciting opportunities for us all to work on, and finding inspirational clients to build and develop relationships with, Liz is our guru.
Thorough, dependable and with a tenacious desire to deliver the best events in the industry, Liz doesn’t walk away once she’s secured new business, but instead remains involved in the operational management of this through to its seamless delivery.
Instrumental in the development of the agency’s culture and positioning of the KTS brand, Liz’s passion extends in to all areas of the business.
Susan started her training in accountancy working for a subsidiary of a FTSE 100 company. With a CIMA qualification and 25 years experience working in both manufacturing and service companies, Susan brings a wealth of finance experience. For the past 10 years, she has worked for SMEs, particularly enjoying the diversity of working in this. She is process driven and always keen to find the most efficient working practices.
In her spare time, Susan spends time practicing Ashtanga yoga, horse riding and trying to get to grips with ballroom and Latin dancing.
Andrew’s 10 years’ experience in technical production covers everything from theatrical performances to large scale corporate events. When world-touring with Platinum selling artists from Australia to Las Vegas, he honed his creative abilities to think outside the box and solve problems at a moment’s notice. Andrew leads KTS’ production arm from a strategic, creative and technical perspective, getting under the skin of new briefs to design and oversee the implementation of the most compelling production solutions.
Andrew loves to keep on top of new creative and technical trends and developments in the events world and beyond, ensuring we are always equipped with the right suggestions to help our clients disrupt and push boundaries.
Lisa’s commitment to delivering excellence and nurturing client relations makes her perfect for the role of Client Services Director. Lisa is dedicated to understanding all elements of her clients’ businesses, proactively seeking out opportunities on their behalf and ensuring we remain at the forefront when prompting new ideas or proposing solutions. Trust is fundamental to any relationship and Lisa ensures that our clients trust us implicitly when representing their brand.
